Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct the activities of nursing staff at various levels, ensuring safety and quality of care.
- Coordinate care with other disciplines to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered plans.
- Apply critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making in daily care delivery.
- Document care and maintain accurate records in accordance with policy and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor patient status, respond to changes, and escalate concerns as appropriate.

Requirements
- Ability to work Nights on a 3x12 schedule
- Strong clinical judgment and adherence to the nursing process
