This role will bring content ideas to life through filming, editing, and creative direction while staying current with social trends and opportunities to grow the company’s digital presence.WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DOReport to the Director, Marketing & CommunicationsIdeate, shoot, and edit short-form video (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) for Creator Nation's social channels, the channels of the companies under the Creator Nation umbrella, and executive social presenceDeliver finished, platform-ready assets (cut, captioned, sized, and packaged) to the Coordinator, Social Content for postingTurn content ideas from the Coordinator, Social Content, executives, and portfolio companies into shot lists and finished piecesCapture content on location at events, shoots, and in the office and direct executives and Creators on cameraMaintain the raw footage and finished asset library so content can be repurposed across channelsStay on top of formats, hooks, and trends and bring new content ideas to the teamWHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING2 to 3 years of experience producing short-form social video end to end (concept, shoot, edit)Bachelor's degree preferred but not requiredPortfolio of Reels and TikToks you have shot and edited yourselfProficiency in CapCut, Premiere Pro, and/or Final Cut Pro, plus mobile-first shooting and lightingStrong instinct for what performs on Instagram and TikTok, including hooks, pacing, and trendsExperience in entertainment, music, or creator-economy contentComfortable directing executives and Creators on cameraAbility to move fast and deliver clean final assets on deadline across multiple brandsBENEFITS & PERKSCreator Nation offers a competitive benefits package built around four pillars:HEALTH : Medical, vision, dental and mental health benefits for you and your family, with access to a health care concierge, and Flexible or Health Savings Accounts (FSA or HSA)YOURSELF : Free concert tickets, generous paid time off including paid holidays, sick time, and personal daysWEALTH: 401(k) program with company matchCAREER : Career and skill development programsCompensation: The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $70,000.00 USD - $80,000.00 USD.EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITYWe aspire to build teams that reflect and support the Creators, brands, and fans we serve.
