Financial Lines Operations Specialist — Underwriting Support

Ascot Group in Dallas, TX is seeking an underwriting support specialist for the Professional Lines unit. You will help manage workflow, process policies end-to-end, and support underwriters with filings, renewals, and endorsements. Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in insurance, strong MS Office skills, sharp attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset to work with offshore teams and brokers.
