Ennoble Care in Virginia is seeking an experienced Full-time BHI Specialist (Hybrid) to service our patients within and around the Northern, VA area. This role is primarily remote with occasional travel to patients' homes or facilities. You will support the mental and physical health care of an assigned caseload, screen for disorders, provide patient education, track outcomes, and coordinate with the psychiatric consultant and primary care providers.
