Assistant Food and Beverage Manager

Concord Hospitality is seeking an   Assistant Food & Beverage Manager   to help lead our food and beverage team in delivering exceptional guest experiences, consistent service, and operational excellence. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who supports team development, manages daily operations, and helps drive financial and service goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support staff in delivering exceptional service, food quality, and consistent execution
• Ensure meals are prepared and delivered timely with proper plating, portioning, and temperature
• Train, mentor, and develop team members through onboarding, ongoing training, and daily line-ups
• Participate in menu evaluation, product selection, and beverage procurement including liquor and wine
• Assist in budgeting, cost control, and meeting F&B financial targets
• Execute marketing initiatives, enhance guest experiences, and drive revenue opportunities
• Monitor labor and operational performance, providing coaching and feedback to maintain standards

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in restaurant management, preferably in hotels or resorts
• Strong leadership, training, and communication skills
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations, cost control, and service standards
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and guest satisfaction

Salary Range : $56,700. - $70,875
