Technical Business Analyst (API Integration & Analytics)

Job Description – Technical Business Analyst (API Integration & Analytics) Location: McKinney TX Duration: Contract Experience: 5+ Years Required Skills 5+ years of Technical Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst experience. Strong hands-on experience with Postman for API testing and validation. Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, XML, OAuth, JWT, and API integrations . Experience with Neo4j Graph Database and understanding of graph data models, nodes, relationships, and Cypher queries. Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) , Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar analytics platforms. Strong SQL skills for data validation and troubleshooting. Ability to understand application code and work closely with developers to identify issues. Experience performing root cause analysis and troubleshooting production issues. Experience creating user stories, functional specifications, process flows, and acceptance criteria. Preferred Skills Understanding of microservices architecture.
