Intellectual Property Paralegal A leading law firm is seeking an Intellectual Property Paralegal for its Los Angeles office. The role supports attorneys in the firm's IP practice group across trademark prosecution, maintenance, and enforcement. The paralegal will conduct trademark clearance searches through the USPTO and third-party platforms such as Corsearch and Saegis, prepare and file trademark applications, statements of use, and renewal documents, and track prosecution and maintenance deadlines. Additional responsibilities include managing international trademark associates and related invoicing, locating and filing specimens of use for various USPTO declarations, communicating with clients, foreign associates, and government officials, preparing responses to office actions, and maintaining trademark databases. The role also involves supporting domain name disputes (UDRP, URS) and assisting with cancellation and opposition proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Candidates should hold an ABA-approved paralegal certificate or qualify under BPC 6450, with at least five years of experience as a trademark paralegal and strong familiarity with domestic and international trademark practice. Strong knowledge of trademark law, excellent communication skills, comfort interfacing directly with clients, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems are required. IP litigation experience, patent experience, and trademark docketing experience are a plus. The pay range for this role is $95,000–$115,000, plus a full benefits package. C&M Legal Search
