Field Project Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Field Coordinator to support our field operations and project team onsite in Sullivan, IN. This role works closely with Superintendents and onsite personnel to ensure accurate documentation, up-to-date field resources, and smooth coordination between the office, field teams, and subcontractors. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable in an active construction environment, and skilled with construction management software. What We Can Offer You Industry-leading performance-based bonus program 100% employer-funded ESOP to all associates Traditional and Roth 401k 1-month paid sabbatical after every five years of employment, plus $5,000 for travel 3 weeks of vacation 1-week paid volunteer leave each year and 100% charitable match Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage 100% paid 12-week maternity leave Scholarship for associates’ children up to $28,000 per child Tuition reimbursement for associates A Day In The Life Provide direct support in the field by working closely with Superintendents and onsite teams Maintain a comprehensive field binder including: Executed Contracts Change Orders Submittals and approvals Other critical project documentation Ensure drawing racks and field drawings are current, accurate, and properly distributed Print and distribute all necessary project documents for field use Schedule and coordinate field meetings, including preparing agendas and distributing meeting information Work with subcontractors to: Track and update compliance documentation Collect and maintain current insurance certificates, safety documents, and other required paperwork Assist with document control and coordination through Procore Support site communication between field and office teams Perform general field and administrative coordination duties as needed to support project success Necessary Qualifications Previous experience in construction coordination, field administration, or a similar role preferred Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced field environment Comfortable working both onsite and with office teams Strong communication and follow-up skills Ability to travel nationwide as-needed Technical Skills (Preferred) Procore experience Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) Viewpoint experience Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and documentation processes Legal Disclaimer EOE, including disability/vets #J-18808-Ljbffr ARCO/Murray
