Analyst-Program/Project Responsibilities:
Schedules and coordinates Main Panel Upgrade (MPU) disconnect/reconnect work by managing scheduling systems and documentation, communicating with customers and stakeholders, monitoring CPUC timelines for compliance, prioritizing backlog, and ensuring strict adherence to MPU procedures.
Required Skills:
- Experience supporting scheduling, coordination, administrative, or operations support functions
- Ability to manage deadlines, follow established procedures, and maintain accurate records
- Proficiency with basic computer and office software
- Strong communication and customer service skills with follow-through across multiple stakeholders
Education Requirement:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or equivalent coursework in business, operations, or a related field preferred.
*Some traveling to other service centers; Fullerton, Saddleback, Whittier*
