About the Position

Job Title: RN Medical/Surgical PM Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Medical/Surgical Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 PM - 07:30 AM Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years of RN experience in Med Surg/telemetry/PCU. License: Current RN license required. Certifications: BLS, NIHSS. Must-Have: EPIC EMR/charting experience. Must have at least 1 year of travel nursing experience. Must have 1 year of level 1 adult trauma designated hospital experience or equivalent within the last 5 years. Description: This position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in Medical Surgical, telemetry, or PCU settings. Candidates must have experience with patient ratios of 1:4-6. The RN will be assigned to a vacancy that best fits their experience. The populations served include Medicine, Surgery, Cardiac, and Client. The schedule consists of 36 hours per week, with 3 shifts of 12 hours each. Every other weekend will be required. RNs are expected to float to other equivalent units as needed. Typical patient ratios are 1:5-6. Experience with EPIC EMR/charting is essential. BLS and NIHSS certifications are required for this role.
