Assisting Hands Home Care South Jacksonville is seeking confident CNAs and HHAs who are comfortable providing higher-acuity care in a client's home. These cases require strong caregiving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support clients with more advanced care needs.

Pay & Schedule Snapshot

• Starting pay $17+/hour with higher rates based on care needs
• Bonus pay opportunities available
• Overtime opportunities available for interested caregivers
• Longer shifts available, including 8 to 12-hour assignments
• Consistent client assignments whenever possible
• Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities

What You'll Do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide full ADL support
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and mobility
• Support feeding and hydration
• Maintain a safe environment and reduce fall risks
• Observe and report changes in client condition
• Communicate with families and office staff
• Complete detailed care documentation

Qualifications

• Active Florida CNA license or Home Health Aide certification
• Current CPR certification
• Experience providing hands-on personal care
• Experience with transfers and mobility assistance
• Strong observation and documentation skills
• Reliable transportation
• Professional and dependable work ethic
