Senior Demand Generation Manager

As a Manager, Demand Generation you will lead the strategy, development, and execution of integrated demand generation campaigns across Bombora's full product suite. Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, this role will partner closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing Operations, and Creative to identify demand opportunities, develop multi-channel programs, and drive campaigns from strategy through execution and measurement. Lead the end-to-end ideation, development, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns (paid media, email, content, webinars, events, and social) to build awareness and consideration among prospects and to deepen solution engagement with customers Collaborate closely with Product Marketing and Sales to identify and prioritize demand opportunities and structure compelling multi-touch campaigns and supporting messaging Lead Content Marketing, Marketing Operations, Creative, and external agencies to build campaign assets and bring campaigns to market Collaborate with Sales and Revenue Operations to ensure seamless lead handoffs from marketing to sales In partnership with Marketing Operations, monitor, track, and report on campaign performance using relevant B2B Enterprise account KPIs focused on key account penetration and engagement You have... 5 plus years of experience in B2B demand generation and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) focused on ad tech and data categories Track record building campaigns (1:1, 1:few, 1: many) to engage prospects across the buyer consideration journey Robust experience bringing campaigns to life by utilizing the optimal mix of channels and touchpoints, including paid media, organic social media, email, content syndication, and more Experience working directly with Sales to build integrated Sales motions that extend the marketing experience through SDRs and AEs Strong project management and a demonstrated ability to coordinate roles and functions to deliver results on time Experience applying campaign performance metrics to communicate, explain, and optimize demand campaigns Experience working across B2B marketing and sales technologies (e.g., Salesforce, Asana, HubSpot, generative AI tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, or similar platforms) Strong communication skills Perks and Benefits Health / Dental / Vision Flexible Spending / Health Spending Accounts Flexible Vacation / Paid Holidays / Summer Fridays Education / Tuition Assistance / Annual Learning Stipend 401K Generous Parental Leave (16 weeks primary/12 secondary) Commuter Benefits On Demand Learning (Udemy) Team Lunches / Outings / Events (Yes!
