Senior Commercial Counsel

Focused on supporting the US Public Sector customer base, the remote Senior Commercial Counsel will manage contract negotiations, provide legal guidance on customer requests, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with public sector regulations. Key responsibilities Provide business-minded legal guidance on contract-related issues for federal, state, and local government customers Analyze and negotiate reseller sales agreements, including contract vehicles and flowdown terms Draft and negotiate contracts from inception to execution while ensuring compliance with company policies Required qualifications 6+ years of public sector SaaS agreement negotiation experience, especially with SLED and Federal Civilian customers Familiarity with FedRAMP compliance and government contracting processes Understanding of federal, state, and education procurement processes and contract vehicles Experience developing efficient processes for a commercial legal team Strong business judgment and ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
