Mail Room Clerk
LaSalle Network has partnered with a client who is seeking mail room clerks to join their growing team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the title specialists and help ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. You'll be responsible for filing documents, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and assisting with general administrative tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This is a temporary role until the end of the year.
Mail room clerk responsibilities:
- File and organize documents to support title processing activities
- Perform general administrative work including data entry and office support tasks
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and assisting with document shipments
- Assist with scanning, copying, and maintaining accurate records
- Provide day-to-day support to title specialists and assist with departmental needs
- Maintain organization and accuracy in a high-volume office environment
