Schedule: 8-hour Day Shift, with 36 hours guaranteed and the expectation of working up to 40 hours per week. Responsibilities Evaluate and develop tailored treatment plans for patients. Administer appropriate therapy interventions to facilitate recovery. Meet productivity expectations of 60 visits per week with 12-14 patients seen daily. Anticipate double-booking follow-ups as required. Collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure comprehensive patient care. Required Experience, Certifications, Licensure Outpatient experience preferred. Current PT license required in the state of practice.
