Remote Pharmacy Order Entry Clerk

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Remote Pharmacy Order Entry Clerk to join New Paradigm Staffing, a growing healthcare staffing agency focused on remote pharmacy and clinical support roles.
This role is perfect for someone eager to start a pharmacy support career while working behind the scenes entering prescriptions and supporting medication workflows.
What You’ll Do
- Enter prescription orders into pharmacy software accurately
- Verify patient demographics and insurance information
- Confirm provider information and required documentation
- Communicate with pharmacies for clarification when needed
- Maintain accuracy and HIPAA compliance at all times

- Ability to follow structured workflows in a remote environment
