Needs Analysis: Asking deep questions to truly understand the homeowner’s pain points and goals. Solution Mapping: Presenting comprehensive product options clearly, concisely, and transparently. Relationship Management: Providing ongoing guidance and diligent follow-up to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Professional Requirements: Proven background in customer service, retail sales, consulting, or relationship management. Strong interpersonal acumen and active listening skills. Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is highly desirable but not mandatory. A professional demeanor and reliable personal transportation.
