Sales Development Representative (SDR) Location (IMPORTANT) This position is based in-office at our 4601 Sheridan St, Hollywood Florida office. Only candidates currently residing in Hollywood, Fort Lauderdale, Miami and nearby areas will be considered. Our platform helps streamline operations, improve client outcomes, and empower clinical teams with efficient, scalable tools. Position Overview We are seeking a driven, curious and motivated Entry‑Level Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team in Hollywood, Florida. This role is ideal for someone looking to break into tech sales while contributing to a mission‑driven organization. You will play a key role in generating new business opportunities and building the top of our sales pipeline. Key Responsibilities Research and identify prospective ABA therapy companies that would benefit from the ATrack platform. Execute outbound outreach campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate new business pipeline. Qualify inbound and outbound leads through discovery conversations, understanding prospect needs, workflows, and pain points. Schedule product demonstrations and assist prospects throughout the sales cycle. Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records of all prospect interactions in our CRM (Salesforce). Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach messaging and targeting strategies. Stay current on ABA industry trends, competitor offerings, and the evolving ATrack product roadmap. Meet and exceed weekly and monthly activity targets for calls, emails, and qualified meetings set.
