Role: Senior Recruiter Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid) or Atlanta, GA (remote) Onsite: hybrid Job Type: Contract Contract Length: Minimum 6 months, with potential for permanent hire Pay: $45-$55/hr What You'll Do Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical, operational, and corporate roles Build passive candidate pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking, and talent mapping Partner closely with hiring managers on search strategy, market intelligence, and candidate calibration Drive process improvements, recruiting analytics, and candidate experience initiatives Manage 20-25 concurrent requisitions while maintaining high-quality delivery What We're Looking For 4-6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience Strong passive sourcing and "hunter" mindset Experience recruiting technical, engineering, operations, construction, or IT talent Workday Recruiting experience strongly preferred Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Why Apply?
