What You’ll Do Support the development of content creation and the delivery of digital messaging platform capabilities. Partner with cross-enterprise teams to understand their messaging needs, including client and firm impact, and prioritize these needs to build out a robust messaging strategy. Execute the delivery of messaging that aligns with the overall vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital messaging. Support a product roadmap, collaborating with a team of product owners to continually evolve client communication and measure success. Envision the future and build the near‑term roadmap for the digital messaging channel and its adoption. Manage all aspects required to bring new multi‑channel digital messages to clients, from gathering requirements to development and implementation. Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring the team has clear, accurate details of what needs to be built. Champion customer‑driven design, addressing user pain points, market needs, and usability test results. Execute the development process with technical teams, internal partners, and external vendors, including writing business requirements, user stories, working with legal and compliance, conducting user acceptance testing, and communicating project status. Resolve problems and collaborate with peers, technical teams, and internal clients to provide timely solutions. Support sprint and release plans in conjunction with the Scrum Master and participate in retrospectives to continuously improve team processes. Champion Agile methodologies, actively participating in daily stand‑up meetings, sprint planning sessions, backlog prioritization, user story preparation and demos. Work cross‑functionally with technical, product, design, business, and compliance counterparts to define product release requirements and investigate production issues. Create awareness and engagement plans for your capabilities, providing relevant and concise updates to management teams. Serve as a subject matter authority and evangelist for digital messaging channels to partners across the organization. Think horizontally to ensure an exceptional and consistent experience for clients across all digital channels. What You’ll Bring Must‑Have Qualifications 4+ years of digital product owner experience. Bachelor’s degree. Demonstrated data analytics experience with a strong ability to translate data into actionable insights. Strategic problem‑solver capable of formulating compelling visions and strategies, and translating them into measurable roadmaps and results. Strong knowledge and experience developing or leading digital platforms, coupled with an understanding of underlying current and emerging technologies. Exceptional ability to influence and build strong relationships across multiple levels of an organization. Highly developed communication and presentation skills, with a superior ability to effectively communicate complex concepts and issues to leadership teams. Understanding of Sales Force Marketing Cloud. Skilled at working cross‑functionally with technology, service, marketing, and product teams to lead the entire lifecycle of a digital platform. Curiosity, a can‑do attitude, and the ability to learn quickly and thrive in a complex, dynamic environment. Self‑starter with outstanding organizational skills and the ability to track multiple project deliverables with minimal direction. Confidence in communicating and tailoring messaging to a variety of audiences, including senior leadership. Proven ability to identify and manage risk, including performance risk, and to create effective mitigation plans and risk controls. A natural leader with vision who enjoys challenging the status quo. Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications Prior experience as an Agile Product Owner or leading scrum teams, with a deep understanding of Agile methodologies.
