Catering Manager

Compensation: $65,000 to $70,000 per year

You are creative, detail oriented, and excellent at building client relationships for catered events.

The Role

Secure and plan catered functions, build menus with culinary, and coordinate execution with banquet operations.

What You Will Be Doing

Prospect and manage catering accounts
Create proposals, menus, and contracts
Conduct site tours and tastings
Coordinate event details with operations teams
Forecast and report on catering revenue
Ensure high service and presentation standards
