Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Production Lead to join our team in Fall River, MA. As a key player in our production facility, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of production staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Monitor production processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular training sessions to develop team skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and resolve any production issues.
- Prepare and maintain production reports, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of production processes and quality control standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and lead a diverse team effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a production setting.
