Position Summary: Clinical Supervisor Seeking: Licensed LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC Key Responsibilities Provide weekly supervision to associates and therapists facilitating group therapy for mental health and substance use disorders Support clinicians with group facilitation skills and interventions, case consultation and treatment planning, documentation and compliance, and ethical and clinical decision‑making Ensure delivery of trauma‑informed, recovery‑oriented care Monitor quality and effectiveness of group programming Provide feedback and coaching to enhance group engagement and outcomes Collaborate with leadership to strengthen clinical services and protocols Qualifications Active LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license (California) Minimum 2+ years post‑licensure Experience supervising clinicians and/or leading group therapy Strong knowledge of mental health and substance use disorder treatment Comfortable working in a hybrid environment Passion for mentorship and team development Schedule 1–10 hours per week Flexible based on your availability Optional in‑person component Join Us Help shape the future of behavioral health by supporting clinicians who are guiding clients through recovery and healing.
