Delivery Driver (No CDL)

We're looking for a motivated Delivery Driver to join our growing team! As our Delivery Driver, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the timely, accurate, and safe delivery of printed materials, supplies, and customer orders. You'll work closely with our production and operations teams while serving as one of the primary faces of our company to customers and vendors. Compensation Compensation will range between $19.00 - $22.00 an hour depending on experience. What You'll Do Safely pick up and deliver customer orders, printed materials, and vendor supplies on scheduled routes Coordinate daily delivery schedules with the production and operations teams Load, unload, and secure materials for transport Provide exceptional customer service during every delivery and pickup Maintain accurate delivery records and communicate route updates as needed Perform daily vehicle inspections, monitor fuel levels, tire pressure, and fluid levels Report vehicle maintenance or safety concerns promptly Follow company safety procedures and operational processes Support warehouse and production operations during downtime Adapt to changing priorities and delivery schedules in a fast-paced environment Assist with additional operational duties as assigned What We're Looking For Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Previous delivery driving, courier, logistics, warehouse, or transportation experience preferred (but not required) Familiarity with local roads and ability to efficiently navigate delivery routes using maps or GPS Strong customer service and communication skills Excellent time management and organizational abilities Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge, including routine safety checks Comfortable lifting and moving up to 50 pounds Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Comfortable working around printing equipment, ink, dust, airborne particles, and moderate noise Why You'll Love Working Here Competitive hourly pay 401(k) with company match Paid vacation and holidays Health, dental, and supplemental insurance Company-provided uniforms Stable, full-time schedule Supportive, team-oriented workplace Opportunity for growth within operations and production If you're a reliable, customer-focused driver who takes pride in safety, teamwork, and delivering exceptional service, apply today and become an important part of our team! #J-18808-Ljbffr
