As a Stepdown RN, you will provide specialized care for patients in a stepdown unit, focusing on post-surgical thoracic and medicine patients. Your responsibilities will include monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The role requires strong MedSurg Stepdown experience, including the ability to titrate drips and interpret cardiac rhythms.
