Overview
Registered Nurse, PCU — Clarkston, Washington. Travel assignment in a long-term care (LTC) nursing home setting. Start date 09/21/2026 for a 13-week contract with 36 guaranteed hours per week and a day shift. Weekly pay ranges from $2,192 to $2,358. This role requires an RN who can provide care in the PCU/Med-Surg/Telemetry environment and flex to support across departments as needed.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in PCU/Telemetry/Med-Surg areas; assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care.
- Identify patient and family education needs and deliver education using appropriate modalities.
- Ensure patient safety with preventive measures, follow isolation and infection control procedures, and document care and safety measures.
- Operate and troubleshoot common clinical equipment; access manuals as needed and follow procedures for repairs.
- Maintain complete, accurate documentation of patient status, interventions, and responses; process physician orders promptly; perform 24-hour order checks as applicable.
- Communicate clearly with the care team and other departments; provide thorough change-of-shift reports; report critical lab values promptly; restock and check emergency carts and supplies.

Requirements
- Active Washington RN license
- Experience in MSU/PCU, Telemetry, or Medical-Surgical areas; ability to float to other departments as needed
- Comfortable working in a long-term care setting with geriatric patients
- Strong documentation, communication, and shift-hand-off skills
- Graduate of an approved RN program
