Analyst, Employee Data Management This role is part of the HRIS team within the People Division. You'll play a vital role in maintaining accurate and compliant employee data across HR systems, ensuring payroll accuracy, labor compliance, and a positive employee experience. By safeguarding data integrity and system reliability, you help mitigate financial and legal risks while driving operational efficiency. In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance HRIS platforms and support continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities Maintain and validate employee data in HR systems to ensure accuracy and compliance. Enforce labor contract rules and regulatory requirements within HR processes. Partner with Payroll and HR teams to resolve data discrepancies and ensure timely, accurate pay. Lead and execute system testing for HRIS upgrades, enhancements, and integrations. Develop and implement data management best practices to improve system reliability. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience 2+ years of experience in HR data management, HRIS administration, or related role Preferred Qualifications 5 years of experience in HRIS, employee data management, or labor compliance within a complex organizational structure Experience with SAP Employee Central and union contract interpretation Skills, Licenses & Certifications HRIS system proficiency Working knowledge of HR processes, payroll, and compliance requirements Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis tools Excellent organizational and time management abilities Benefits Travel Perks: You, your family and your friends can reach 365 destinations on more than 6,800 daily flights across our global network.
