This role is located at located in Melbourne, FL.In this LTEO role, you will be supporting aircraft systems development and qualification within a laboratory environment. Duties will consist of assisting with laboratory design, test planning and preparation, scheduling of test events, and leading the execution of test procedures. In this role you will also ensure test stations and assets are available and ready to test by deploying software and configuring hardware on test stations. In addition, you will work closely with Quality Assurance to maintain and validate test station software and hardware. Additional duties will be contributing to test readiness reviews, conducting briefings, performing acceptance testing and integration events. The selected candidate should thrive in a fast-paced work environment with high expectations, significantly diverse assignments, and collaborative/team settings across all levels.Key responsibilities include:• Support development and integration of subsystems and components to meet platform mission objectives • Lead test events ranging from developmental to formal testing• Establish and maintain standards of test conduct and rigor • Effectively manage lab configuration through detailed documentation• Accurately communicate lab and test status to leadership via written and oral means• Troubleshoot component and system level issues/discrepanciesThis position mainly operates on our 9/80 schedule, which means you will have every other Friday off, however, shift schedules are flexible and can change to meet customer demands. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
