With continued growth, we are seeking motivated, energetic, customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultants to join our award-winning team in Bristol.

What You'll Do

As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will help customers find the right vehicle to fit their needs while creating a comfortable, transparent, and enjoyable purchase experience.

Responsibilities Include:

• Welcome customers and build strong relationships through exceptional service
• Conduct vehicle walkarounds and demonstrate key features, technology, and safety systems
• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable new and pre-owned vehicles
• Accompany customers on test drives and explain vehicle performance and capabilities
• Guide customers through the purchase and delivery process
• Follow up with prospects and existing customers to generate repeat and referral business
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory, manufacturer incentives, financing options, and market trends
• Utilize CRM tools to manage leads and customer communications
• Work collaboratively with sales management, finance, and service teams to exceed customer expectations

What We're Looking For

Preferred Qualifications

• Automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Goal-oriented and comfortable working in a performance-based environment
• Ability to build trust and long-term customer relationships
• Basic computer and technology skills
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Availability to work evenings, Saturdays, and other scheduled dealership hours
