Tibaldi Ins and Fin Svcs Inc is hiring a full-time Account Manager in Bath, PA (Lehigh Valley) . In this role, you'll support our customers' success every day-while helping grow our agency through meaningful client connections and proactive insurance recommendations. This is a relationship-focused position where you truly make an impact in the community you live and work in.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth
• Conduct policy reviews and recommend improvements as coverage needs change
• Oversee resolution of complex customer issues , acting as the point person to get matters handled
• Recommend, explain, and sell insurance products to both cold and warm leads
• Serve as a liaison between customers and internal agency departments , ensuring customers get the right support

Qualifications

• Prior experience in insurance sales or account management preferred
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets
• Willingness and confidence to engage in sales conversations

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
