DDC Services is excited to announce a new vacancy in our Dealer Representative Department. We are seeking a motivated and team-oriented individual to join our company in a dynamic and rewarding role. This full-time position will be instrumental in assembling equipment, managing product orders, and assisting clients with inquiries. This role is particularly suited to individuals who thrive in a hands-on, interactive environment.

Please note, this is an on-site position and is not eligible for remote work arrangements. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in our day-to-day operations, adding value through direct customer interactions and operational support. This position also offers an incentive pay structure, adding to its attractiveness for proactive and results-driven candidates.

• Assemble various types of equipment according to specifications and safety standards.
• Manage and write orders for products, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Provide detailed information and answer questions regarding products to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe working environment.
• Participate in inventory control, monitoring stock levels and suggesting orders when necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and improve service procedures.
• Attend and participate in meetings and training sessions to stay updated on the latest industry trends and company products.
• Offer feedback on workflow processes and make recommendations for improvements.
• Handle equipment maintenance and troubleshooting, minimizing downtime and operational delays.
• Respect company standards and compliance requirements at all times.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• No prior experience in a dealer representative role required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in relevant field is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to fast-paced environments.
• Detail-oriented with a professional attitude towards responsibilities.
• Physical ability to handle manual assembly and other job-related tasks.
