Description Veterinary Client Service Representative/Receptionist Thrive Pet Healthcare Specialists 2426 Ceegee St, San Antonio, TX 78217 Schedule (full-time): Day and overnight shifts available About You You are a compassionate and organized Veterinary Client Service Representative (CSR)/Veterinary Receptionist with strong customer service, front desk, and client communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced veterinary clinic or animal hospital. You’re comfortable managing appointment scheduling, multi-line phones, check in/check out, payment processing, and practice management software while delivering an exceptional client experience. Your Experience & Skills Recent experience as a veterinary receptionist or medical office receptionist Exceptional customer service and communication skills Is self-motivated and able to work independently Is a great team player Has experience with answering multi-phone lines Has basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Is familiar with standard office equipment Can problem-solve Weekend and holiday availability is required Job Responsibilities Answer phones and greeting clients and patients Accurately enter client information, collect payments, and print receipts Maintain an individual cash box which is to be balanced at the end of each shift Consistently provide exceptional customer service in a positive manner Assist the team with additional tasks as required You’ll Grow with Us Here, you can grow your career as best fits you through access to comprehensive learning and skillset programs.
