Role Description
Oxford Advisory Group is seeking a skilled Estate Planning Paralegal to join its team. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Orlando, FL. The role involves preparing and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and providing clear communication with clients and internal teams. The selected candidate will work closely with attorneys to support estate planning initiatives and ensure the smooth execution of legal processes.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Law and expertise in Legal Document Preparation
- Proficiency in Document Review and attention to detail for accuracy
- Excellent Communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration
- Experience in conducting Research, including legal and case-specific research
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently on-site in Orlando, FL
- Bachelor's degree or certification in Paralegal Studies is preferred
- Prior experience in estate planning or related legal practice is a plus
Compensation
$65,000-$75,000 base salary with bonus opportunities
