POSITION: SENIOR LITIGATION ATTORNEY

LOCATION: Indianapolis, IN SALARY RANGE: $150K to $200KPlus commission Our Client is a dynamic and rapidly growing personal injury and property damage law firm, seeks a highly motivated and passionate Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. Position Summary Attorneys are expected to meet with clients to discuss their case, show compassion and empathy, and demonstrate an ability to earn their trust, confidence and respect. They will also provide clients with updates and communicate with insurance companies from time to time regarding status of claims, demands and offers. Qualifications Experience / Requirements Full-time 5+ years of litigation experience 4+ personal injury trials, as first chair preferred Member of the Indiana Bar and in good standing Experience in knowing how to evaluate claims, etc. Superb negotiation skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Have a proactive approach to problem-solving Team-oriented Firm Benefits Why is This a Great Opportunity: Competitive Wage Our Client offers a competitive benefits package for our full-time employees and their families.
