We're looking for a leader who is committed to clinical excellence and team development. Ideal candidates will have:
- Board certification or residency training in a recognized AVMA veterinary specialty
- Demonstrated leadership, mentorship, or medical management experience preferred
- A passion for fostering collaboration, professional growth, and exceptional patient care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to building relationships with colleagues and the referring veterinary community
- Eligibility for veterinary licensure in the state of Indiana
As Medical Director, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing medical leadership and strategic direction for the hospital
- Partnering with the Hospital Director to achieve operational excellence
- Mentoring and developing a talented team of veterinarians
- Leading medical quality assurance and continuing education initiatives
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and retention of exceptional clinicians

- Maintaining a partial clinical caseload to remain actively involved in patient care
