Position Overview
We are currently recruiting for Personal Lines Account Manager opportunities with insurance agencies throughout Wisconsin. Multiple positions are available, offering a variety of work environments including in-office, hybrid, and remote.
We are seeking experienced Personal Lines professionals who enjoy building client relationships, providing excellent service, and managing day-to-day insurance needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and service an assigned book of Personal Lines accounts
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Process endorsements, policy changes, renewals, and other service requests
- Review policies and coverage to help ensure clients' needs are met
- Obtain and process quotes as needed
- Communicate with clients, carriers, and agency partners
- Provide exceptional customer service and timely follow-up
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the agency management system
Qualifications
- Active Wisconsin Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- Previous Personal Lines insurance experience
- Strong knowledge of Personal Lines coverages and products
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with agency management systems is a plus
- Applied Epic or AMS360 knowledge a plus
