Responsibilities Scheduling and Coverage : Schedule med techs to ensure adequate coverage for medication administration. Medication Audits and Distribution : Perform weekly medication audits to ensure compliance with NYS DOH regulatory guidelines and distribute medications to residents in a timely and accurate manner. Staff Development and Management : Provide guidance and training to med techs, ensuring they are equipped to provide high-quality care to our residents. Quality Outcomes : Collaborate with other departments to ensure that quality outcomes are met, and that our residents receive the best possible care. Regulatory Compliance : Ensure that all medication administration and distribution practices comply with NYS DOH regulatory guidelines and Symphony Manor at Lancaster's policies and procedures.
