Assistant Strength Coach: Injury Prevention & Training

Troy University is seeking an Assistant Strength Coach in the Athletic Director department to implement and maintain a comprehensive strength and conditioning program for all student athletes and assist in daily Weight Room operations. The role emphasizes teaching correct techniques to ensure athlete safety, proactive program development with head coaches to reduce injuries, and providing support for all sport teams.
