Customer Service Specialist

Description

• Answering telephone calls about spare parts

• Preparation of spare part quotations

• Taking spare parts orders from customers

• Placing part orders with suppliers

• Following up on delivery times and order status

• Invoicing customer and following up on pricing questions/inquiries

• Locating spare parts in electrical and mechanical drawings

• Keeping lists of warranty items shipped to customers, keeping track of warranty parts to be returned to NENA/NSC

• Checking service/trip reports from engineers for requirements

• Check spare parts pricing – compare quotes from Germany to the prices in computer system

• Support purchasing and After-Sales by executing various administrative duties

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Customer Service

• Microsoft office (basic excel)

• Ability to read blueprints- huge plus

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Deptford, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
