Customer Service Specialist

*Description*
-Answering telephone calls about spare parts
-Preparation of spare part quotations
-Taking spare parts orders from customers
-Placing part orders with suppliers
-Following up on delivery times and order status
-Invoicing customer and following up on pricing questions/inquiries
-Locating spare parts in electrical and mechanical drawings
-Keeping lists of warranty items shipped to customers, keeping track of warranty parts to be returned to NENA/NSC
-Checking service/trip reports from engineers for requirements
-Check spare parts pricing - compare quotes from Germany to the prices in computer system
-Support purchasing and After-Sales by executing various administrative duties

- Microsoft office (basic excel)
- Ability to read blueprints- huge plus

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Deptford, NJ.
*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
