Now Hiring: Part-Time Home Care Office & On-Call Coordinator

We’re seeking an organized, dependable professional to support office operations and weekend on-call coordination under the direction of the Agency Administrator.

Schedule: 20 hours per week, including office hours across 2–3 weekdays and weekend on-call coverage.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with caregiver scheduling, call-outs, and coverage coordination.
• Answer phones and communicate professionally with clients, families, caregivers, and referral partners.
• Complete paperwork, data entry, filing, and maintain accurate administrative records.
• Make outreach and follow-up calls to potential clients and referral sources.
• Respond to weekend scheduling and service inquiries according to agency procedures.
• Promptly refer clinical questions, changes in client condition, and safety concerns to the designated RN.
• Document on-call communications and actions, and provide timely updates to the appropriate agency staff.
• Protect client and employee confidentiality and follow agency privacy, emergency response, and reporting policies.
• Complete additional duties within the role’s scope as directed by the Agency Administrator.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree required; healthcare administration, business, or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with computers and office software.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, maintain confidentiality, and follow established procedures.
• Home care, healthcare administration, or scheduling experience preferred.
• Availability for weekday office hours and weekend on-call coverage.

Agency orientation and training will be provided. This administrative position does not include clinical assessment, medical advice, or nursing duties.
