As an Insurance Customer Service Rep in our Ministry Department, you'll serve as a trusted point of contact for ministry and church clients while managing their day-to-day insurance needs. You’ll review accounts, process policy changes and renewals, communicate with carriers, and proactively follow up on outstanding items. This role offers hands-on training, professional development, and opportunities to expand your responsibilities within a personal, family-oriented workplace.

• Base pay is $19 to $22 per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with not-for-profit and church clients.
• Review accounts, policies, and coverage needs.
• Process changes, renewals, certificates, and endorsements.
• Communicate with carriers and underwriters.
• Follow up on renewals and outstanding items.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

Requirements

• Current P&C (property & casualty) MO license
• 2-3 years industry experience with working knowledge of AMS360 a bonus
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Strong problem-solving mindset.
• Insurance knowledge and desire to learn.
