Assistant Media Planner

We are seeking an Assistant Media Planner to join the LUDWIG+ team. The Assistant Media Planner will be responsible for planning, negotiating and stewarding media across both traditional and digital media channels, while absorbing as much media knowledge as possible. The position is essential in the day‑to‑day management of the media account and requires an individual that works well in a fast‑paced, team environment. As an entry level position, the Assistant position represents the start of a media career and will report directly to the Media Director. The Assistant is expected to be an active participant, increasing participation over time in the position. The Assistant will be encouraged to contribute ideas and insights that will benefit our clients. What you’ll do: Learn all aspects of a client’s business Proactive exploration and team communication on new media trends and tactics Assist in flowchart maintenanceResearch, develop and write media points‑of‑view as requested by clients Create, organize and maintain media partner information Participate in client calls, meetings and presentations Other responsibilities as needed Requirements: Strong curiosity; always challenging the status quo Four‑year degree is required (Marketing or Advertising degree strongly preferred) Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills required Past marketing and advertising agency internships strongly preferred We are looking for a fearless collaborator with a builder mindset.
