About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff for its new department, which is dedicated to launching cutting-edge initiatives in the field of photonics. The successful candidate will be an exceptional operator and builder, with a high-agency mindset and a proven track record of taking extreme end-to-end ownership. This role offers maximum ownership and the opportunity to work in a high-growth environment, where the focus is on achieving strong market validation and scalable traction. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for leading and executing core 0-to-1 initiatives, translating strategic vision into execution roadmaps, and driving the rapid implementation of solutions from prototype to production. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocation or remote arrangements. The role requires a candidate with a builder mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to architect scalable solutions. The Chief of Staff will work closely with the department founder and a world-class team of engineers, researchers, and commercial leaders.
