Audi Richfield is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our team.

We are looking for a  driven, professional, results-oriented F&I Manager who understands the luxury automotive customer and knows how to deliver an exceptional experience while producing strong, consistent results.

The right candidate is a  protector .

A Finance Manager's job is not simply to sell products and complete paperwork. You are responsible for  protecting the customer and protecting the store .

You understand that these two things go hand in hand. You build trust with the customer, make sure they understand what they are purchasing, structure deals correctly, follow compliance requirements, and make decisions that protect the dealership's profitability and reputation.

We are looking for someone who takes ownership of every deal and understands that  doing the right thing for the customer and the right thing for the dealership should never be mutually exclusive.

You are a  doer , not someone who waits to be told what needs to be done. You are competitive, accountable, detail-oriented, and willing to put in the work necessary to succeed.

• Guide customers through the finance and vehicle ownership process from sale to delivery

• Present and sell F&I products and services in a professional, transparent, customer-focused manner

• Structure deals to maximize dealership profitability while protecting the customer's best interests

• Work with banks, credit unions, and Audi Financial Services to secure competitive financing and leasing

• Maintain strong relationships with lenders and finance partners

• Ensure all paperwork and contracts are accurate, complete, and compliant

• Protect the dealership from unnecessary financial and compliance risk

• Maintain strong CSI while achieving F&I performance objectives

• Maximize  F&I PVR, product penetration, reserve, and total gross

• Work closely with the Sales team to ensure a smooth transition into the F&I office

• Stay current on lender programs, Audi programs, F&I products, and compliance requirements

• Maintain strict adherence to all federal, state, lender, and dealership policies

• Previous automotive Finance Manager experience required

• Luxury automotive experience strongly preferred

• Audi experience is a plus

• Proven track record of strong F&I production and profitability

• Strong understanding of automotive finance and leasing

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to build trust and rapport with customers

• Strong understanding of F&I compliance and ethical selling practices

• Protective of the customer, the dealership, and the Audi brand

• Competitive, self-motivated, and accountable

• Team player who is willing to help wherever needed

We expect our Finance Manager to  own the deal from beginning to end .
