In this role, you will monitor activity, coordinate communications, document incidents, and help respond to security‑related concerns with professionalism and care. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $23.18 / Hour Job Schedule: Saturday and Sunday, 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Monitor alarms, cameras, radios, and other communication systems, and dispatch personnel to incidents, service requests, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner. Document incidents, maintenance concerns, visitor activity, and/or unusual conditions with timely and accurate reports and status updates. Coordinate access-related communications, verify information, and relay instructions to staff, vendors, and/or first responders as needed at the location. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, while helping to identify and report security-related concerns that may arise in a technology-focused location. Minimum Requirements Have at least 1 year of security-related experience. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
