Client Overview

You'd be working in the mailroom of a healthcare services company that supports disability and Medicaid related programs, handling incoming and outgoing mail, scanning documents, and keeping member files organized.

• SSI and CSHCS application data entry
• Electronic document filing and inventory tracking

What You'll Do

• Print and process all outgoing letters, disability packets, and Medicare packets with appropriate attachments, multiple times a day
• Document all incoming mail in the SSI and CSHCS applications
• Scan and email mail to telecommuters through Outlook
• Save documents to member folders
• Track inventory of stationery and order supplies in a timely manner

What We Need From You

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds
• Comfortable navigating the internet
• Valid driver's license required
