Director of Operations – Interventional Psychiatry & Behavioral Health Location: Decatur, GA (Hybrid: In-Office Clinic + Remote Team Leadership) Compensation: $95,000–$125,000 Base (DOE) + Up to $20,000 Performance Bonus + Health Benefits About Us Attuned Psychiatry is a premier, fast-growing interventional psychiatry practice based in Decatur, GA. We specialize in cutting-edge interventional treatments — TMS Therapy, Spravato/Esketamine, and Ketamine — alongside comprehensive outpatient psychiatric care and psychotherapy. The Role We are seeking an exceptional, high-energy Director of Operations to take full ownership of our clinical practice operations. You will lead both our on-site clinical team in Decatur and our dedicated remote administrative team, ensuring exceptional patient experiences, seamless revenue cycle operations, and scalable growth. This role is built for someone who wants to scale a practice, not just maintain one. You'll take daily operations fully off the owner's plate, sharpen our growth engine, and build the systems and playbooks for a planned second location. Key Responsibilities Clinical Operations: Oversee daily clinical flow, room utilization, and staffing for TMS and Spravato suites. Hybrid Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and hold accountable on-site Medical Assistants/Techs and remote Intake/Administrative VAs. Growth & Expansion: Partner with ownership on marketing and intake funnel performance, referral development, and the operational buildout of a second location. Systems & SOPs: Own process documentation, continuous improvement, and our operations stack. Revenue Cycle & Inventory: Oversee front-end collections, specialty medication inventory (buy-and-bill, Net-30 terms), and prior-authorization tracking. Patient Experience: Streamline patient onboarding from initial inquiry to treatment start within 48–72 hours. Provider Support: Drive smooth onboarding for new providers (PMHNPs, MDs, Therapists) and support clinic capacity expansion. Qualifications 4+ years of healthcare operations management experience (Mental Health, Interventional Specialty, Infusion Center, or Multi-Provider Outpatient Clinic preferred). Deep familiarity with EHR workflows, clearinghouses, and patient communication platforms (Spruce Health). Working knowledge of specialty buy-and-bill medications, medical insurance authorizations, and copay collection systems. Exceptional leadership, high emotional intelligence, and a metric-driven mindset. Experience preparing an organization for multi-site expansion is a strong plus.
