Job Description

Construction Estimator (Commercial TI) - Manhattan, NY

• Develop conceptual, schematic, and detailed construction estimates for commercial tenant improvement projects.
• Perform quantity take‑offs and evaluate subcontractor and vendor pricing.
• Lead RFP and bidding processes, including scope reviews and bid leveling.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and design documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with preconstruction, operations, and design teams to support project planning.
• Contribute to project budgeting, value engineering, and cost analyses.
• Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and stay updated on Manhattan construction market pricing.

Construction Estimator (Commercial TI) - Manhattan, NY

• 5-10+ years of estimating experience specifically in commercial tenant improvement (TI) or corporate interiors construction .
• Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and Manhattan subcontractor market pricing.
• Proven ability to read and interpret drawings, specs, and project documents with high accuracy.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to develop detailed, defensible cost estimates.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with preconstruction, project management, and design teams.
• Able to manage deadlines in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple estimates simultaneously.
