AI Solution Architect

Join an early-stage AI company founded by ex-Google engineers, building the agentic infrastructure that lets major financial institutions actually trust AI in production. This is a rare chance to be the architectural authority for a technology landing inside some of the largest, most regulated financial firms in the world. You won't be prototyping in a lab — you'll be embedded directly with client engineering and executive teams, translating cutting-edge agentic AI into robust, production-grade systems at genuine enterprise scale. What you’ll own: Architecture for distributed multi-cloud platforms across GCP, AWS, and Azure – high-throughput data pipelines, low-latency LLM orchestration, and multi-agent workflows Agent-to-agent orchestration protocols enabling secure task delegation and collaborative agent ecosystems Kubernetes-native infrastructure (GKE/EKS), Infrastructure as Code, and enterprise data pipelines (Spark, BigQuery, Snowflake) Direct, customer-facing technical leadership with financial institution stakeholders — this is not a back-office architecture role You’ll bring: Proven experience at CTO, Principal Architect, or Strategic Lead level, ideally on large-scale digital transformations Deep, hands-on expertise across at least two hyperscalers A track record architecting multi-agent frameworks, RAG systems, and agent harnesses Comfort operating as a technical face of the company in front of enterprise clients This is a founder-adjacent seat at a company defining what trustworthy AI looks like in financial services — get in touch to hear more. #J-18808-Ljbffr SR2 | Socially Responsible Recruitment | Certified B Corporation™
