responsibilities:

• Direct, train, and mentor onsite construction teams and internal stakeholders to implement proactive safety measures and drive toward zero incidents.

• Conduct risk assessments for retrofit projects, generate safe work execution plans, and lead incident investigations, root cause analyses (RCAs), and corrective reporting.

• Develop and enforce robust safety processes and standards with internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with overall delivery timelines.

• Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to evaluate the safety and quality control impacts of new designs, materials, and construction methods.
